Cuerpo Altar is a healing space for those seeking to explore an embodied spirituality, where the spiritual and energetic are grounded in the physical experience. Here, ceremonial cacao is our primary ally, helping us to connect with the body and open the heart, setting the foundation for a journey of deep and sincere self-discovery.

Through practices like mindful movement, vocal expression, mindfulness, ritual performance, breathwork, meditation, and visualization, Cuerpo Altar becomes a space where the body is honored as a sacred vessel—an altar where the spiritual finds tangible expression. Each session invites us to listen to and inhabit our body, attuning to the subtle and awakening our connection to our truest essence.

This space is dedicated to those seeking a transformative, hands-on experience, an encounter between body and spirit that goes beyond intellect to be fully lived in the here and now. Welcome to Cuerpo Altar : Embodied Cacao Journey, where each ritual and each sip of cacao guides us toward an authentic, embodied spirituality.

Facilitated by Gisela Hincapié, initiated in the ancestral Maya K’iché tradition, with extensive training in modern ceremonial cacao work through the guidance of Keith Wilson. She is also trained in other healing modalities such as mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and voice healing. She has been sharing Cacao Ceremonies for the past 9 years.
